So these houses have spent $millions buying shares since the deal was announced because they expect the deal to be voted down? Which will surely mean the stock will drop substantially from what they paid for these shares? imo Morgan $tanley, in 2014 did not make more $ house trading than any other investment banker by buying stock they expect to go down. Do you actually think that if the vote is no, there will an immediate surge in stock price higher than .80? I predict it will immediately drop like a rock, possibly to a new 12 month low if the vote is No. I think it would drop less if MW says they have not raised the $ yet. If these houses, and particularly BMO are voting no, why did BMO buy almost 4 mil shares at these prices when they could buy after the no vote for much less?

What is the concensus as we should hear very soon....If the vote is no will price immediately go down substantially from mid .60s or up substantially?
