absolutely agree!!!!
Options in "the money" LOL....what about setting the price at $1.25 or even $1.75 to create some incentives for the "Leaders" to work hard and earn the options they awarded themself and create some shareholder-value too!!!!
But no, rather go to the piggy-bank!!!!
Very dissapointed in the "new board-members to go along with this.
For this we did not need to waste $1million on proxy-fight!!!!
