Sink or Swim...I'm in for the long term!I like GER for the long term because I think their strategy to process gold from tailings is a great idea...and will pay some very big dividends down the road.
Honduras is set. It's now a money-making machine.
Nicaragua could be a huge success if (and this is a big IF) they can figure out a way to extract the gold, silver and mercury without using cyanide. I give him credit for trying all the latest technologies, but eventually you've got to cut your losses and focus on what's working - which is Honduras.
The Lithium and Phosphate properties are great projects to have down the road. Remember, everything is cyclical and eventually the spotlight will shine on them too.
Bloboy, I respect your comments but I disagree that acjil has been correct about GER. All he does is complain and whine about "management" and how bad they've screwed things up. But the fact is that the entire mining sector is priced way below their true values...and GER is just one of the ships in that fleet.
Most of the other companies on the Venture are ready to declare BK because they can't raise any money to pay their bills. On the other hand, Jena has converted GER into a production company that is now making money and set for the long term. It really is a fantastic accomplishment considering what he has had to work with.
And yes, I do believe that our share price is (temporarily) being pushed down because of the flow-though shares. I posted a complete history of all the PPs in the past two years and I think we still have quite a few shares that are still out there. Eventually they too will be behind us. Remember there's a buyer for every seller and right now the shares are being transferred into stronger hands.
Cheers to all those that are holding for the long term.
