June 24 AGM

June 24 AGMWonder if Rene and his incompetent cronies will be as jovial at this year's agm like in previous years.

I guess when directors hold no or few shares in the company, who cares if it goes under as long as their director checks keep coming.  Rene owns ~460k shares while 3 others own 37k to 45k shares and one owns no shares at all.  So 4 out of 5 directors who are supposed to be experienced, educated, and smart own less $3k worth of stock while they happily collect director fees ranging from $15k to $66k.

Rene and Ken Murdock got paid $280k and $240k per year for driving the coming into the ground.

Way to go Rene!  Keep up the great work!
