"young" hadn't just been with ORT a short while (ie young) maybe it was just gender bias that saw her leave...and FYI my point, which is way above your intelligence level is that GK seems fond of blaming others when a real leader would accept full responsibility... last time a young and ps 25 years experience so mid 40's to some of us that is yound, femail engineer and this time bricklayers
...IMO the base basic design and construction str ategy was and is flawed and i have posted about it before..my interpretation is that GK handed the keys off to some company (outetec) who pushing their stuff (without strict performance guidelines) rec'ed a flawed solution that took months to recover from and still ain't right..but hey nice try secretary and ps maybe the young engineer would be complimented by being called young...
