what they should do and what thare doing we speak are two defferent things and if you take a look of the sp it is prety clear what is going on. The Deutshe Bank failed!


No it doesn't - When this went to .16 DB succeded and when it goes down to .065 they've failed!

Neither is true - nobody knows anything.
