RE:RE:Is Papa a saint that helps or a Short Ali?In Papa's defense it's impossible not to agree. Ryu and Chornoby straight up lied.  The board at the time consisted of pretty good guys with good business backgrounds who clearly were complacent and failed their fiduciary duties to ensure there were financial and internal controls in place.  The new management needs to raise money fast.   There is a business here but how much and how long will it take to turn around before the BMO credit line forces a hand?  With the share price at this level it means loads of dilution and it will be a very long time before this company can turn around, if it can turn around.  I hope it does turn around otherwise this will be a monumental failure in the micro cap markets that would be a total shame.
