Check the pattern.No one was selling at bid price, the slow fill would keep the buy more silent.   This keeps the value pegged at 3.09 instead of driving it higher.  A big iceberg at 3.08 would have been excellent, but he needed shares before the close, and no one was selling at the bid.

Sounds like a controlled short cover.  Slow fill with time built in, in hopes of a sell Order over a few hours.

You could have helped him out by selling at the bid...lol.  This dude likely didn't want to be on the wrong side over the weekend.  Fearing news and a gap up Monday.

i have no doubt that wilan is giving a slow feed of good news to drive the price.  Sitting on good news, and not wanting to be jailed for insider trading.  Thus no share buys.  Only options.
