RE:sell on news-buy on dipsToo many shares? There are plenty of companies out there that have more shares outstanding, that don't pay a dividend, and trade at a higher share price than phm. I love when individuals truly don't understand what a share is, and how it relates to the company's value...
What needs to occur and persist is the acquisition pipeline and the continued cross-selling of products, to have share price appreciation. When those two things stop and organic growth declines, then you have dead money. I wouldn't say a company that has made acquisitions in the last 10 days, and organic growth of >40% is dead money... But to teach their own.
