Thanks that doesn't help at all. I have previously read it and the MD&A and unlike you probably understood these documents.

I am left with the conclusion you are just a boiler room level basher (probably a junior or trainee). Am I wrong? You can disprove it by identifying these supposed red flags.

I doubt you will respond with anything worthwhile.
