RE:RE:RE:New maps

RE:RE:RE:New mapsHey Easycoder,

Tawsho Mining has two projects. They have this gold project, but they also have a graphite project in Newfoundland.

I think Alexandria could have some options if it can replenish its cash position to, say, $5 (+) million, either by sale of a property or sale of 1% of its 2% West Zone NSR.

Cash is badly needed in the junior sector. Many of these companies are fighting to survive. Some are willing to give up very good projects in exchange for a bit of cash.

When Alexandria replenishes its cash position, they could, if they choose, offer to buy the gold project from Tawsho in exchange for, say, $300,000 to $500,0000 cash plus a handful of Alexandria common shares. Tawsho can still continue as a separate entity and use the injection of cash towards jump starting advancement efforts on its graphite project.

This would minimize share dilution for Alexandria shareholders. It would also consolidate the Fancamp Deformation Corridor, which has very strong exploration potential. In addition, it would give Alexandria a decent size established deposit, which can become a 43-101 resource with minimal expenditures and work (it is open at depth with little drilling below 400m) - to complement whatever Alexandria is able to delineate at its own existing Fancamp property. It is looking like the Fancamp Deformation Corridor (and adjacent targets) has potential for 1 million ounces, but likely multi-million ounces.

Note, Tawsho gold project is mainly owned by them 100%. However, there is a small piece of the resource area that is owned 36.17% by Iamgold. Though, I don`t see it as being a game changer. It will likely convert to an NSR (if the property gets advance): ``IAMGOLD’s (IAM) interest converts to 2% NSR when ownership falls below 20%.``

The other note is that some of the (Tawsho) property pieces carry a 10% NPP (Net Profit on Production). That`s propably not that awful though. It`s likely only paid out if the mine is profitable (and only on net profit and not on gross revenues (like an NSR). If the mine is successful then everyone shares in the success.

Here is Tawsho`s April 2014 Corp Presentation with more details:
https://tawshomining.ca/pdf/ppt/Tawsho-Presentation-Apr2014.pdf

I have also noticed something else about Alexandria`s Fancamp property boundry area. I don`t know if it`s a mistake.

It`s seems like Alexandria has added an extra little piece of the Fancamp Deformation Corridor. It`s a northeast piece that was held by a different party (not Tawsho) - maybe a private owner.

The fisrt map (below) is the one Alexandria recently published on its website.

The second map was published by Tomagold in 2013.

The third map is an old map from Murgor.

The fourth map is the Northcore map (from maybe a few years ago) of the greater district.

As you can see, the Alexandria map shows a northeast extension belonging to Alexandria, which didn`t show up on the Tomagold map or the Murgor map.

On the Northcore map, the extension position is greyish, sitting between Murgor (browish) and Tawsho (green), all along the Fancamp Deformation Corridor, on the top right of the map.
