RE:RE:Valdor Tech June 2015Welcome to the Board Golden

I enjoy your insight and actually reading into the interview.  Its nice to have some conversation on the board.
I disagree on many of your statements however.  I hope you re getting your shares to make your position large in VTI!

Here is my interpretation of some of your issues

1) When he was mentioning tight share structure, I believe he was alluding to the fact that 80 - 90% of the share are held in tight hands.  Whether that is the board of directors or long term investors.  Is 110 Mil. shares an issue?  For some yes.  We all hope there are no more PP.

2)Profitability is making money,  that is why they said the CUSP.  They re not there quite yet.  Niagara is growing quickly and if even a few of these contracts come through they will be profitable this year I believe.

3)Strong revenue and growing revenue generally means more chances at a net profit.  I believe because they are not profitable yet its safer to forecast revenue so its not too forward looking.

4) Bricks and mortar no longer implies solely a store front.  I belive it means the back bone of an industry.  The things you mentioned are so necessary for the communications world they have become essentia.l  To be involved in that growning area is a great move!

5)This company has a history of zero promotion over the last many years!  This is great news!  Belive me, a long time shareholder, they have worked on building up the company with all most no promotion!
This is a great development!

Ultimately you re right though.  Time for some BIG contracts to bring home the bacon!!!  Lets hope!
