Does Management think PNP is a Dead Loon??????

Does Management think PNP is a Dead Loon?????? Who is in better position to know whether PNP will survive than current management??   What can management be expected to do if management is convinced PNP will go under.   Cash burn and
a raping of the company with high salaries and expenses is what to expect.   I am not a stockholder in PNP, but do follow the junior market and have an interest in following some of the worst operations on Stockhouse, like PNP.
My primary knowledge about PNP stems frrom observing the overt crookedness of the now departed Sheldon Inwentash.
My take on the company, right now comes from questions about the tech investments.  With such a low NAV relative to share price,  it does not look too good.
