RE:RE:RE:RE:Gap and Cr*pMaybe you're not familiar with the various hacking scandals lately. Might be a good idea to look those up.

Ever wonder why the U.S.S.R. was never successful at commercializing their productsin the West, which their central governement backed heavily and bought as many of as they could make. It boils down to one thing. Trust.

The Lada was a huge success internally for them, but when they tried commercializing them in the West, we quickly realized they were junk.

Its one thing buying cheap, one day use, throwaway toys or toilet paper from the dollar store, but don't expect the Pentagon or any other organization, government or business, that are serious about their security to start installing Hikvision, Dahua, or other security cameras made in China anytime soon, the same way they won't buy pretty much any other electronics from manufacturers there.

However many reserchers thay have working for them won't make them any more successful where electronics are concerned. Everybody who has a head on their shoulders sees tham as too much of a security risk.
