if there is no fraud or court case against it, thenLOY is undervalued. The financing in april was said for the purpose of  acqusition, but i have checked all news release, no such thing was mentioned. I only heard a fund manager said ceo told him so. so even ceo did say so, no legal case here. ANY COMMENTS?
