Money Damages for What???

Money Damages for What???$150,000,000?

A number on a piece of paper has no relevance; what is relevant to a court is precedent; what has been paid out in similar cases.  You can ask for the sun, moon and the stars; first you have to win the case; second, you have to prove damages; and third, the court grants damages that comport with precedent.

What I find truly amazing is that THIS bulletin board is so powerful it obviously has caused HUNDREDS of Canadian exploration stocks to decline 50, 60, 70, 80+ percent!!!! Just look at your portfolio; look at the stocks that went down; then see if they have a bullboard....see the pattern developing?

I guess it's solely because people write about companies on chat boards and say negative things about the company that TSX stocks decline; ipso facto, abra cadabra, hocus pocus, bingo bango, they all go down; why, everybody ought to sue everybody who wrote something vicious about our companies!!!!!!  The TSX ought to stop people from talking to each other on bulletin boards and only allow them to whisper to each other on dark street corners in the dead of night!!!!

In fact, I say Canada ought to confiscate everyone's computers so their stock market can recover!!!!

Yes, I'm illustrating how ridiculous blaming posters on bullboards for long term moves up or down truly is.  In the exploration space, it's the economy, plain and simple; with rare exception, and no amount of pumping or bashing is going to boost or destroy a company unless the sentiments expressed are widely held and universally expressed.

Whatever was posted here, I don't see what damage it caused.  Our stock, Teuton, is also depressed; in fact, incredibly, it has a lower market value than AMK, so who has taken the worst of it? And though there have been a ton of negative posts on TUO and AMK, I believe the economy and the money-draining litigation between the two companies has hurt both share prices much more than any post could ever do.

Somehow $150,000,000 seems a tad excessive for "damages."  Just my opinion.

TI, I am not being glum about Teuton's future; I do see some light at the end of the tunnel and I was aware of the NR about the interest in the properties.  I did say that the worst was over and I meant that in light of the completion of the trial and appeals.  I appreciate the fact that you raise logical points and challenge certain people to answer the questions you raise (they never do).
