Letter of Intention (LOI) with Mattamy Development Corp. - Mattamy is the LARGEST privately owned home builder in North America. It especially knows the Toronto area market and Zoning. THis sounds very positive for finalizing zoning change sought and developing this companies 2.9 acres, near the intersection of the 401 and Yonge Street . Also this company used to own and operate Park lAWN cemetery, BUT NOT ANY MORE. The cemetery operator is now Park Lawn Corp (PLC)
