You must remember ...all these tracking apps are designed to allow an earth observer to see the ISS at night....They usually do not bother with letting you know when it will track overhead during the day as it will not be visible from the ground...

I believe it will pass over NYC in about 3 hours from now heading SW to NE...Ideal time to take some live shots from space....doesn't matter that we cannot see it.

Just a thought....
