Get the facts straight. Provident was not the predessor to Pace. Provident was formed out of Founders Energy which Tom and Kelly Cowan (who is at SGL) started. Provident was then sold to Pembina after he left. When Tom left he started Charger Energy which amalgamated with 4 other companies then amagamated again with Pace et al.

But I do agree he has done a pis. poor job and should have been tossed long ago. I see this heading to CCAA and perhaps him coming back to pick over the carcass with a new company.
