The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

Insiders are most likely buying up.  It could all be lined up to happen on the next quarter report which is in a few 4 to 6 weeks.  It shall make a great birthday present for me if so! Or maybe this is just the beginning even if not this summer.  Keep in mind, even if there was a buyout in October, that's only 4 months away! I'm holding come hell or high water. I'd never be able to live with myself selling in the $.20's and if it ends up bought out at $.60.
