You are mis-reading. If you are familiar with Uranium exploration NRs, it is common practice to identify depth of the various rock types... e.g. Sandstone starts x meters below surface, overlain by x meters of glacial till... basement rock starts 100m deep from surface... etc. This gives you an idea of overall depth of targets. Arrow is basement-hosted but odds are that an unconformity-hosted deposit or a deposit perched in sandstone is proximal to the Arrow zone.
