..sorry, what nuttiness SH is, that post just posted mid-word (i guess given how bad SH is no poster can ever be held to account for anything they post)...

d have been underway on most construction, but it seems very little has been started, which IMO is due to ORT's very desperate financial situation, but this means to me 2016, and not the pump of 2015, which BTW is protected by "safe harbour" meaning ORT's forecast is meaningless.
