If there's 25K users now (just Vizio and Panasonic) with almost zero marketing, I think there will easily be over 100K users within a couple months with LG even without a major marketing campaign.

If LG actually comes through with helping on marketing front then we're talking multiples of that number.

And that's just LG USA. Add Canada and Europe in 2015 (hopefully Canada very soon) and breakeven should be easily achievable this year without even taking into about their S2D patent deals.
