I can't find out how this hearing went.

MSA Enforcement Hearing

The link above reported that a public hearing started on Dec 1, 2014 but I haven't heard anything about how it went. I declined to sign up to the AUC eFiling system becasue I want my privacy. Anone registered there? The Proceeding number is 3110.

I am sure I read a while back on the the Transalta website that they were expecting a decision around the end of May 2015. But now, I can't find any message there that a decsion was even expected.

The whole matter seems to have evaporated into thin air.

Does anyone know what happened? Was it thrown out? Was there some kind of settlement?

Is there a continuing risk here for Transalta or is it over?
