Point taken about the exchange Maggs, but there are many good quality companies higher priced than Spn on the exchange. I doubt there are that many flippers in this stock as its not the volatile type that gets pumped and bashed regularily. The people/institutions that are selling off their pp shares may still be around for the long term by excercising the warrants. As long as we have top notch management and a sound business, I wouldn't worry so much about the venture ex.

It would be interesting to know how many shares have traded since the paper came free.
