I'm not completely familiar with the seasonality of LOY. However, I believe that the summer months are when enrolment increases. This is due to students coming to Canada to study while they are out of school.

I believe that is why the drop in Q1 is so troubling - I believe this is a stronger quarter (I'm not 100%, as I haven't done a check on this) as they pay now for the summer months.
