Buying stox is a lot like buying a ticket to the movies.... for the price of admission you get lots of drama, twists and turns, sub plots, highs, lows and much more. Well, you get the picture (pun intended). Which leads me to dec. For those of us who own shares we certainly have a ticket to a great show. There's certainly no lack of drama here. Here's how I see the film unfolding now:
Mr. Ed kinda threw a curve ball out there on tuesday with a pp for 5m shares @ C$0.050 for proceeds of C$250K right now and another C$250K in the next 2 years via the accompanying 5m warrants. So what did the stox do after the news of the pp was released? Well, volume increased more than 3-fold from the previous day. Yes, there was selling pressure but the sp remained unchanged for the day.
Then on wednesday traders took away a lot of their bids and increased their surface asks in hopes of scaring the weebie-jeebies out of everyone. So did the sky fall? Good Lord, no --- volume actually decreased!, and the sp was up one-half cent to boot! This tactic by traders continued today on the consolidated with even fewer bids and increased asks. Did it work? Well, only 640 shares traded and the sp remained unchanged @ C$0.040. The sp action (or lack thereof) of the last few days indicates to me a lack of sellers, not a lack of buyers. So that's it up to this point more or less.
But wait, the drama's not over yet! Aren't we still waiting for the remaining 9 holes? And how about the complete final assay results? And when will we find out who bought into the pp (i.e. Mr. Ed and his gang?)? And what about the remaining payment for 80% in the Bow property? Whoa....all in good time grasshopper. This movie is far from over. I'm glad I bought my ticket. Now please pass the popcorn. Jmvho.
