RE:RE:RE:Rupert projects 12.4 billion NOW, without any LNGI was told by both Vic and Gary that everyone has been waiting for the Petronas announcement.

How ever late that was will probably be how late our second barge will be.

The positive will be that many may all start at once. Once companies like Burnco, etc., start to announce contracts starting then HBK NR's will start.
