Just spoke to someone at the Canadian Venture Exchange. Also googled their address as it is close to me in Vancouver and their office is occupied by another company. At this point I think all the investors are screwed. All there is for contact is an email and phone number on a marketwired article that does not get responded to. Once the exchange de-lists them, they are gone for good.
