Less than a year ago negotiations on patents and pilot trials with major Fortune 500 companies ensued.
 
  1. First, APPLE in January 2015 officially buys a non-core patent after approaching YFI directly and validates Edgewater Wireless as a company to be taken serious. Apple was so impressed they allowed Edgewater to have full use of the patent forever at no cost. If you were to ask any new tech company on the planet if they could choose only one company to validate them which company would that be?
  2. Then, YFI on demand/request of another Fortune 500 company in the AP infrastructure business has YFI create a Development kit for licencing and customizing for any and all OEM’S. This F500 is embedding YFI products into theirs and all future sales are recurring revenues.
  3. Then YFI partners with very astute business group G2 Industries and their project development in Caribbean and Latin America with additional network opportunities in the EUME and African nations.
  4. Not to sit on their laurels they continue to develop and improve the already best in class industry HD technology with a 6 channel option. Continuous improvement and focused.
  5. Then the YFI Patents catch the eye of Industry experts in the patent monetization and infringement business and another key business model evolves. Think partners in this area like Wilan for example.
  6. Then surprise, out of nowhere with no leaks Edgewater Wireless knocks another deal out of the park with an Alliance with Zinwave, a McWane Global company keenly focused in SE Asia and US markets with their new offices in Silicon Valley. All applicable Zinwave deals are more recurring revenue. McWane itself could decide to incorporate WiFi3 IN all its businesses and the friends of friends in the world of Private business.
  7. All this while still waiting the Tutela Technologies pilot project with a Major Fortune 500 retailer such as a Kroger or ? Product is already being embedded in all customer proprietary hardware or software for more recurring revenue and news anticipated soon.
