RE:RE:RE:Saul and other pathetic pumpers have been replaceddon't forget the major captial projects are behind syncrude now for several years, so just annual maintenance and they are hell bent on lowering costs to becoem more competetive.
WTI will be range bound for a while until this shale/saudie situation gets settled one way or another but higher debt shale companies are starting to look weak at the knees and with higher interest rates down the road, it could get interesting.
so we have a low CND, an upgraded symthetic oil product that sells close to WTI, low capital requirements for 3-years and manageable debt levels.
I just don't see COS surviving as a stand alone company for more than a coupel of years at most since their products are premium and they own the largest interest in the upgrader.
even if WTI stays range bound, we could get back into the mid 60's or higher by end of 2015 and COS will go well enough to pay off some debt in 2015 and much more in 2016.
and possible re-instate dividend in 2017 or raise it at least.
of course oil prices have to co-operate for that toe happen.
