Lucara Diamond Corp. is a Canadian diamond mining company with a producing mine and exploration license in Botswana. It is an independent producer of large Type IIa diamonds from its 100% owned Karowe Diamond Mine in Botswana. The Karowe Mine is the focus of the Company's operations and development activities. Its 100% owned Karowe mine is a producer of large Type IIA diamonds, more than 10.8 carats, including the historic 1,758 Sewelo, the 1,109 carat Lesedi La Rona and the 813-carat Constellation.

That's been happening for at least a year or two . Nothing new . The cause has always been Lucara's largest shareholder Morgan Stanley who buys and sells throughout the day 100 share lots at a time . Then finishes off with a MOC sale to end the day by dropping the price a cent or two . Considering they have about 19 million shares compared to second place Swedbank 7 million they can pretty well do as they please throughout the day . Not sure what the benefit is but they are consistent on this at this point in time .
