RE:RE:RE:Discussion points
The Altenesol deal is the SAME company and same prices as the four or more year ago take or pay deal. It is said (by you and others) that these deals are to be made whole if one side does not deliver. Obviously that was not true then and it won't be true when they fail to have any funds to place the order for the trains which Oilwatcher has told you is facing a deadline. It is entirely possible that the $13 million from CNE is all the money they would need to place the order, but would you want to see CNE pay for all development costs for a contract with someone else who is paying over $11 for stuff they soon will be able to get far cheaper? Your analyst says he was told the contract as firm. I tell you if you go back in news releases for four or more years you will see the same parties signed firm contracts. As for people who have held stock (like I did while losing major bucks averaging down) through all this time. I can't take your opinion seriously. The carrying costs of the debt, the expenses of keeping a Board flush in cash and overpaid executives who don't know how to get oil out of the Llanos are not insignificant. You are talking cash flow from a couple of contracts and not applying the corporate expenses to them. The bottom line profit might be non-existent.
