The Company owns and leases a diversified wholesale generation portfolio with approximately 13 gigawatts of fossil fuel and renewable generation capacity at 19 plants.

Do any of us really think that the Chinese are in the habit of making "gifts" when they are taking over companies? Obviously, they see something they like, something they think has potential. That doesn't mean that they can't be wrong but also, of course, it is possible that they are right.
