Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

RE:RE:RE:What is the right question?Don't sweat it, Pieper. You seem pretty objective, which I respect. I didn't want that particular comment (misquote) to create any fodder for the "shrimps" out there, that's more why I took exception to it, and the fact that I hold AF in better regards than most, and don't want to seem him being unduly criticized. Regarding the NCIB, it's too bad AVO hadn't instituted it last year when the SP was really under pressure, but I also think that knowing that they had plans for their cashpile, in the way of patent acquisitions, expansion into the US, etc., as well as the fact that they had just done a share issuance a few months earlier, a buyback at that point probably would not have been very well received by the market, especially those involved in that secondary offering. With those two things considered, I think AVO has been pretty opportunistic in implementing the NCIB since the disappointment from their last earnings' report, and they have generally being repurchasing for cancellation their daily quota. I'd be curious to get your take.
