Looks like a credible company however checking the Executive Management team there is only 1 person listed?

I thought I saw the profile of CEO Erick Lamarche when I looked a couple of hours ago ...   But then the company seems to be such a strong fit with Espial that Lamarche is no longer needed and part of the deal was a golden parachute for him.

Just a personal feeling but to me this acquisition more than anything enables ESP to bulk up with quality, experienced staff to help with the delivery of their commitments to the three tier1s.  Winning the contracts were great but industry will be watching closely so Espial must now deliver on implementation and show that the early RDK adoptors were right in going with a relatively small player such as Espial.
