$4 !I believe the 4$ price refered to the new subscribed price to pay for the acquisition and they are not offered to existing shareholders. Not long ago, the subscribed price was 2$, there is an improvement. Why is it neccessary to acquire this Spanish company at this moment is beyond my thinking, knowing that in 2 to three years UR will have his own satellite running around and sensors
making the present acquisition obsolated. However as other posters point out this acquisition will make UR upgraded to another level of company, the first of its kind in the world. I am not sure this is the case. Any comments?
