RE:Vote "NO" to this deal!Seriously, you honestly think BED is valued at 1 for 1 for a Tweed share? BED closed yesterday at 66 cents! I personally think 84 cents per share, a 27% premium is a gift on a silver platter for the holders of BED.  Congrats to BED holders on your gift from the weed gods.
