I do not knw if there are any companies like this in the areas where RMP operates, but an increase in debt and/or an issuance of stock to do a deal is often initially met with stock weakness, even though it could be very beneficial to the medium to long term outlook, pure spec on my part
I was wondering why management was not buying stock at these prices. A take over of a distressed company by RMP would prevent RMP management from buying RMP stock. This is an interesting thought.
