RE:Market thinks the acquistion is a non eventGreat question Barney. If you trace back this stock's progression back to the last quarter report, some of us felt it was a poor showing while others pumped the tires. So you know which camp I was in.

There seemed to be a rather large lot or lots in the sell @ $3.50 today. As the stock was up to 3.63 yesterday, this could have been a person or persons divesting their holdings today. . The volume today was at least average. The next couple of days will tell.

I am hoping for a big deal but waiting for a better quarter.
