Just to be clear. You are saying that below $2.50 RMP will accelerate it's downward trend due to more institutional dumping, I can see that. Then you are saying the management or remaining shareholders will be afraid the business is somehow affected by what price the market is paying for the shares? Sure it makes it so some shareholders would regard a premium of a hundred per cent as totally OK. I can see why you think that. But this company has no debt problems, positive cash flow, increasing commodity process over the winter and with Sabine pass eating up all the NA NG glut. It also (like every other producer) knows the LNG plants want producer assets locked up just as PETRONAS already did with Progress. No way - management will recommend accepting $4.50 unless it is a merger of equals with better prospects for the combined entity.
