RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Alexandria is selling 40%.................

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Alexandria is selling 40%.................In this extremely depressed junior environment, this is probably a good move on a number of fronts:

1) The 8.2 million Alexandria shares were held by a tiny private company with likely no source of raising capital right now.  They could have ended up selling those Alexandria shares into the market and depress our share price further.  This move completely eliminates that possibility.

2) Alexandria had around 245 million common shares issued and outstanding, prior to this transaction.  They had around 178 million prior to the Murgor announcement.  They issued the 5 million shares in the $.10 pp.  It means we paid 62 million Alexandria shares for all of the Murgor properties (excluding any settlement shares that haven`t come through as yet, if any).  With retirement of these 8.2 million shares today (or soon), it means we only paid about 54 million shares for Murgor.

3) Alexandria`s common shares issued and outstanding will now be down to 237 million.
