RE:How does one elect for cash or shares?

RE:How does one elect for cash or shares? However it is done and forwarded to us, how to do it, it won't be till after a yea vote on july 6, and you will only get 37 cents per share if only 19,840,000 (or 15.9 million) elect to do that. If more do it with the $20 million then you get less and less till comes down to $20 million divided by 134 million shares of the consolidated NGN = roughly 15 cents. Then divided by 5 which is 3 cents in old CRK count of shares.
Actually the 19,840,000 shares or 15.9 million shares to equal the $20 millions distribution is based on $1.25 after a yea vote, divided by 5 equal 25 cents. It's confusing! 5 times 37 cents would be $1.85 but that is a premium price and not market price of CRK at the time of the merger plans.
