Actually the 19,840,000 shares or 15.9 million shares to equal the $20 millions distribution is based on $1.25 after a yea vote, divided by 5 equal 25 cents. It's confusing! 5 times 37 cents would be $1.85 but that is a premium price and not market price of CRK at the time of the merger plans.
