I do realize there is some discounting because of the mess that management has created but on the other hand you only have to think past "today"...and look deeper into the future and I'm not talking next year or the year after.....resources are getting hard to find in any kind of feasible amount and the companies (juniors) are slowly either being gobbled up or going bankrupt due to the cost associated with doing all the leg work to find the resources (in no small part also due to the lack of funding and the ability to generate revenue from share offerings...exchanges are slowly halting the practise as a way of getting rid of shell companies that just gobble up investor cash).
Commodities like fertilizer are givens and usages can be calculated and forcasted for future revenue streams (real and forcasted rate increases).
I'm more than sure that if the Brazilian currency had not done the swan dive it did then MBC would be in production now with no issues and that it never would have needed to go back to the major holders for capital/bridge funding. While we would all like to hold mangement reponsible for the lack of the ability to over shoot the requirements and needs, I'm more than sure they probaly got reined in upon their initial request and hence the situation the company is in now .
People just need to look past all the isues and focus on the real story......commodity in the ground (many years of life for mining,....its all turn key....just come in take the tarp off and flash it up)......
