RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Same thing happening to mziI don't know if I read this correctly but from my understanding the PP basically states that Euro Pacific gets one common share @ $0.25...
and half of a common share for a purchase warrant that costs $0.35. Which in term means they only need to pay half of that $0.35 for one common share and that would be $0.175 per one common share?
So if you do the math, $0.25 + $0.175 = $0.425 for 2 shares. That's $0.2125 per share. Now with all this shorting, unless they were shorting from 30 cents or above, it wouldn't make much sense to do it close to the PP price because it wouldn't be big profits for them. Could be a setup for a future run up and run down.
Though, I could be wrong about this since the wording is quite convoluted in order to confuse a retail investor.
If anyone can explain this in layman's terms then by all means
Each Special Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire at any time after May 20, 2015 (the “Closing Date”), for no additional consideration, one unit of SoMedia (a “Unit”), with each Unit comprised of one common share of SoMedia (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant of SoMedia (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of C$0.35 per Common Share for a period of 24 months following the Closing Date.

We can also thank our amateur CEO who was fooled by Europac thinking they could raise 2mil at .25c. George should stick on development side of things and hire someone who can deal with the institutions.
