RE:the year 2019I disagree - I really think the Fed Cons have treated natives with such racist policies, that there is no will to build up the north.  We'll kick you as far away as possible.....until one day we need what is under the land you own.  Boy oh boy....back in the 1800s someone made a pretty collasal mistake with the reservation locale planning!   Plus the Cons have over extended themselves so far on the oil patch, that there is no money now for additional legacy projects to emerge.   Just poor fiscal management and no vision federally
