Please feel free to argue each point. That is what these boards are supposed to be for.
Reasoned arguement and discussion.
However the main thing that bothers me about the request by O'Hara to vote no is their lack of a plan. They say follow us and vote no but we are not going to tell you what our plan is for going forward. Since we strongly disagree with the present management we will not even say who we think would do a better job.
It is like they want to avoid any liability or responsibility.
JMO and in the end I hope everyone somehow makes money either now or down the road.
