This is a huge deal. Donald Olds assured investors during his Bristol Capital presentation that the only thing holding up BLA submission was the implementation of FDA recommendations for their manufacturing facility and that those recommendations were both "time and cost efficient." Management then went and assured investors all along that the June 30th deadline would be hit. If they miss it now, they lose credibility, either they are incompetent enough to not know what is going on in their own company, or they were lying to investors. To miss the deadline now with absolutely no news before hand is a huge FU to investors. They will drop this stock like it's hot if that happens.
