But I think you still are being imprecise in an important, material way. Insolvent means unable to meet one's financial obligations or pay bills. Unless you have new information unknown to me, I don't think that definition applies to either Resverlogix or Zenith. Not at all. There is zero evidence I am aware of that that has ever happened in the history of either company.
If you have such new information, I am sure we would all encourage you to share that. Absent that, then calling them involvent is yet another falsehood. I assume your goal is accuracy here. Assuming your good faith in that, I am sure you would not want to be the source of unfounded fear, uncertainty and doubt.
So please - let's be very careful with such comments.
