Yes: A New Day

Yes: A New DayYes, It is a new day.  And yes, Stockhouse is finally interesting again.

My advice to posters is this - any poster.

1.  Don't level a charge against a company that it is essentially bankrupt or insolvent if that is not true.  If you have facts that it is true, then share them.  Otherwise, you are being incorrect in your charge.  And it is a very significant, material type of charge to be making.  There is zero evidence anywhere that Zenith is insolvent.

If JK can produce a single - JUST ONE JK - unpaid bill, then I will stand down on that.  But he can't because it doesn't exist.

Therefore, any claim that the company is insolvent or bankrupt is either a mistake, or an intentional lie.

There's no way around that.  And it is a serious issue.

2.  Imagining convoluted fact patterns where some longtime employees went to the new company (Zenith) without signing the requisit forms controlling intellectual property ownership is a curious and specific fact pattern to make up out of thin air.  It is a very specific fact pattern he through out there.

He's either got a crazy imagination about things that don't exist (and ought to therefore not share such dribble) OR he has information that would be considered inside information.   I think it is one or the other.  Which is it JK?   Where are your specific fact patterns coming from?   What is your motive in sharing them?

Apart from that, let's move on.  No, somebody has not suddently overtaken my computer!  I still feel the same about matters #1 and #2 this morning and will next week too.

Not everyone on Stockhouse is who they hold themselves out to be.  I am - that's why I have shared a lot of information here about who I am, what my goals are, how I trade (or not trade) on this stock.  I do that so that people can understand that I'm a retail investor and not much else.  I don't have an agenda other than to learn in an honest manner.  You might not agree with all or any of what I say, but it's real.  And I'm not trying to manipulate any body.

Some people on this board are not who they hold themselves out to be.  I've been advised that by some very knowledgeable sources.  Do your own research on that point.

I very much welcome an open forum and free speech.  But levelling a very, very serious charge of insolvency against a company that has always paid its bill.... well, that's a serious error.  And I'm glad that at least someone (me) had the bxlls to challenge him in that mistruth.  That one in particular is very clear.
